I’d give them a 4 1/2 stars. While I did have a few issues, the managers went above and beyond to fix them. The customer service is impeccable, everyone is very friendly. I feel welcomed when I come in and they are a breath of fresh air after dealing with another company that wasn’t near as good. I use Walt Massey for work on my truck and we also bought a brand new truck from them. Jimmy is wonderful and I highly recommend anyone go to him when looking to purchase. He is honest, answers any questions, doesn’t pressure you, and is kind. Trey was fair, friendly, and easy to work with. James in parts is a great guy. He is honest and helpful. Chris is fantastic with going out of his way to help and listen to the customer’s concerns or questions. Everyone here has an awesome sense of humor and is so friendly, you forget they are a dealership. They work with you and you can feel comfortable knowing you can trust them. Companies like this really make me happy, and I hope you choose to use them too.
Dee Dee Keys was a wonderful sales lady to do business with. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasant person to be around. She took her time answering all of our questions and was never trying to "close" a deal. I want to commend WLt Massey for having the upmost professional personnel like Dee Dee on their staff.
